
Ron Barham ~ Pastry Chef
As NYFC’s Pastry Chef, Ron Barham's 37 years of culinary experience is put to use daily as he envisions new confections, oversees his talented pastry team and personally creates many of the amazing custom desserts fro which NYFC is known. A graduate of the Culinary Program at the Art Institure of California, it's no surprise that cake design is his specialty, from floral to fantasy. One of his most recent cakes was a custom groom's cake that was an exact replica of his beloved motorcycle. The cake was a surprise to the groom from his bride. Now that's what we call a sweet ending!
Larry Bombach ~ Assistant Pastry Chef
A recent graduate of the California School of Culinary Crafts with a specialty in baking and patisserie, Larry Bombach joined NYFC as assistant pastry chef in June 2004. His enthusiasm for the art of baking extends to NYFC's large variety of custom-created desserts from opera cakes and sacher tortes to cupcakes, cookies and brownies, but Larry's true passion lies in elegantly plated desserts he creates for gourmet sit-down dinners.
