Corporate Menu Guidelines
This discounted menu was designed to thank and reward our repeat corporate clients. We take great pride in our ability to provide you with options that are superior in overall food quality, variety and presentation. We would be honored to assist with any private catering needs you may have. Please contact our office for information on pricing and availability. Minimum Guest Counts
10 guests for cold selections, 15 for hot selections, continental breakfasts, and delivered BBQ's. 20 guests for hot breakfasts and cook-on-site BBQ's. Weekends and evening deliveries may vary.

Delivery Areas
Regular deliveries are made in an area bordered by Santa Monica, Southern Los Angeles, Long Beach and all communities in between. If you are located outside this delivery area, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Delivery Expectations
Your selections will be delivered by a uniformed attendant within your 15 minute delivery window, * elegantly presented and ready to be served buffet style. Everything you should need to serve and enjoy your meal is included. Upon arrival, our attendant will contact you, deliver the meal to a designated location, unwrap the food as appropriate, light Sterno if applicable, confirm accuracy of food and equipment delivery, obtain recipients signature--then leave as quietly as they arrived. We will return the following day to retrieve all equipment, or should you desire a same day equipment pick-up, just let us know. (Same day pickups or after hours events are available for an additional fee.) *under ordinary traffic conditions

Delivery Fees
Delivery fee may vary depending on the time of day, location and size of order. Your driver is not working for tips; you need not feel obligated to offer. Please notify our staff if your building or complex imposes any parking fees as clients are responsible for all parking expenses.

Secure Buildings
Our transportation manager is available to meet with you to discuss the best solution to your particular application. Many companies prefer to take members of our staff through their security clearance process. Let us know what is best for you.

Forms of Payment
Cash, corporate or personal check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club. Or upon approval, we will be happy to establish a corporate account for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
Every NYFC event is prepared to order. We have no way to re-use your food; therefore, we must enforce a 24-hour notice to cancel any event. When this just isn't possible, we would be happy to arrange delivery of your order to a different location or, if you prefer, we can make a donation in your name to a food bank and deliver the receipt to you.

Special Dietary Needs
Our chef's are happy to prepare special dishes for these guests and as always, no extra charge. Just let your service coordinator know the specifics when placing your order.

Special Requests
You've probably heard the saying, "cater to your needs." That's just what we do! If you can dream it up, our staff can make it reality. Our award winning culinary team loves a good challenge, so just because an item may not be on the menu doesn't mean you can't request it. Ask your service coordinator for more details.

CGS Upgrade
A simple request that takes your corporate service to the next tier. Service includes china, glass and silver, linen napkins, ice bucket and scoop, buffet linen, salt and pepper shakers, glass coffee mugs and rolling butler service station. $6.00 per guest plus additional delivery fee. (Server required for groups of 50 or more.)
