One of the trends that I am seeing more often this year is to have a dessert display with a variety of little treats. This is not only fun for your guests, but it also looks great in your photos. I agree with the concept of several small deserts after a good dinner. Its just like the buffet when you can go back and sample a few deserts, and then maybe go back for the ones you like the most.
