We had some great weather at the tasting last night. The skies were clear and you could even see the Hollywood sign! As usual the food was delicious and plentiful. Everyone I spoke to really enjoyed the food, ambiance, decor, and of course... The View!

Appetizers:
Ahi in a Sesame Wonton Cup, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Summer Rolls, Gumbo Skewers, Kobe Sliders, Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup, Wild Mushroom & Warm Brie Toast, Thai Chicken and Sausage Puffs.
Soups:
Italian Wedding Soup, Lobster & Sweet Corn Bisque, and Pancetta & Arborio Soup.
Salads:
Oakleaf Lettuce with Maytag Blue Cheese and Spiced Pecans; Mixed Field Greens with Crumbled Feta, Grilled Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Capers; Butter Lettuce with fresh grapefruit, orange, Jicama and cilantro.
Main Course:
Chicken Toscano, Prime NewYork Steak, Chateau Sirloin, Pork Tenderloin, Chilean Seabass, Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Filet of Beef, Grilled Cilantro Chicken, Grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops, and Vegetarian Wild Mushroom Risotto.
Dessert:
Guava Mini Cupcakes, Lemon Lime Cupcakes, and Coconut Cupcakes; Mini Chocolate Raspberry Tarts; Mini Lemon Bars; Strawberry Bavarian Cream Puffs; Almond Bark; Wedding Cake.
