To those who follow our web-site on a regular basis; either as a regular corporate client, a bride or any other friend of NYFC, you have probably noticed that recently we added our NYFC Foodies Blog to share some of our experiences from 30 years of successful events. As an older male of Irish decent with limited exposure to things technologic, I have only recently been introduced to the concept of a blog. Hey, I still read a newspaper every day, so gimme a break. But it sounds like this might be an opportunity for me to get with it a bit and move into the 21st century.....and at the same time share some ideas and experiences that rattle around with nowhere to go, previously.
So, I am diving in and will be sharing my thoughts on a weekly basis, maybe more often. I will talk about everything food: restaurants, cookware, wine, the newest trends, sausage making, cupcakes, my love of everything BBQ, the magic of a pork belly and anything else that comes to mind. I also look forward to sharing some thoughts about our remarkable staff....both from the production side and the sales and support side. You may be interested to learn more about our Private Jet catering business - Chefs With Altitude. Due to confidentiality agreements I can not divulge the names customers; but, I think it will make for an interesting read. We do some pretty incredible things for our clients (who in reality are no different than you and I), ranging from professional sports teams to every entertainer, politician, industry captain not only from the good old USA but from the four corners of the earth.
