What a great idea to have this for the cocktail hour.

I had the Tuscan Antipasto Display at the wedding last weekend and it was (as always) a huge hit. What a great idea to have this for the cocktail hour. The guests absolutely loved it! The guests were also greeted by our friendly wait staff with tray-passed hors d’oeuvres. It was the best of both worlds: they got to experience the elegance of the tray-passed appetizers as well as help themselves as they pleased to the antipasto display.
