This venue sits on a five acre lot located right beach in Santa Monica. Use of the property has traditionally been exclusive to beach club members; however, In April of 2009 Annenberg reopened, newly renovated, as a Gold LEED certified green facility open to the general public. It features nine different event spaces accomodating large and small events of any occasion. This is a great location for a corporate event or social gathering of any kind.
